The IAC employs a team of experienced and trusted government relations professionals. We have built relationships with leaders in both parties, the Governor’s office, legislature, and state agencies to assist our members in making their views known in the Capitol and help direct public policy discussions.

The IAC also works with top attorneys in the state to draft and file amicus curiae briefs in court cases that affect the insurance industry.

In addition, the IAC provides the industry viewpoint to media outlets on stories affecting Connecticut insurers.
